Tuition Fee Discounts and Scholarship Programs
1. Academic Honors Discount (Incoming College Students)
Tuition fee discounts are granted to incoming college students who qualify for admission and have graduated with academic honors, subject to the following conditions:

With Highest Honors
GWA: 98–100%
Tuition Fee Discount: 100%
Maintaining Requirement: No grade lower than 90% -
With High Honors
GWA: 95–97%
Tuition Fee Discount: 75%
Maintaining Requirement: No grade lower than 88% -
With Honors
GWA: 90–94%
Tuition Fee Discount: 25%
Maintaining Requirement: No grade lower than 85%
2. Academic Scholarship (Dean’s Listers)
Students who qualify as Dean’s Listers may apply under the following criteria:
- 100% Tuition Fee Discount – Average grade of 95% or higher, with no grade lower than 90%
- 50% Tuition Fee Discount – Average grade of 93%, with no grade lower than 88%
3. Sports Scholarship (Institutional Varsity)
All officially recognized institutional varsity athletes are eligible for tuition fee discounts, subject to academic performance and good standing.
- 50% Tuition Fee Discount
- Maintaining average of 88%
- Must be in good academic standing
Athletes with an average higher than 88% may be granted a higher discount, subject to evaluation and approval.
4. Sibling Scholarship Discount
To support family members enrolled in the institution, a Sibling Scholarship Discount shall be granted under the following terms:
- Each child shall be entitled to a 10% discount on tuition fees, provided that two or more siblings are enrolled simultaneously.
Conditions:
- Siblings must be enrolled at the same time in either Basic Education or College, or a combination of both.
- The discount applies to tuition fees only.
- Proof of siblings relationship (e.g., birth certificate or other official documents) must be submitted.
- The discount shall be applied equally to all qualified siblings during the period of simultaneous enrollment.
5. Government and Non-Government Scholarship Programs
To support students in completing their college education, the institution recognizes various scholarship programs, including but not limited to:
Government-Assisted Programs, such as:
- Tertiary Education Subsidy (Free Higher Education Act - RA 10931
- Tulong-Dunong Program
- Other government scholarship grants.
Non-Government or Private Scholarships, including:
- Municipal and barangay scholarships
- Provincial Scholarships
- Other similar private grants
These scholarships are honored by the College upon the submission of duly signed and approved admission and scholarship documents.
6. President's Scholarship Program
The President's Scholarship Program is intended to support students from economically disadvantage families.
- 4Ps beneficiaries are granted a 100% tuition fee discount.
- Applicable to Basic Education and College students.
- Covers tuition fees only, subject to verification and school policies.
These program reflects the President's commitment to help the less fortunate and affirms that the Lyceum of Aparri is open to all.
