The College of Liberal Arts was one of the first tertiary academic unit to operate during the Lyceum of Aparri first year of operation. Today it is offering two bachelor's degree programs, philosophy and psychology. Bachelor of Arts in Psychology students actively participate in conferences organized by the Psychological Association of the Philippines – Junior Affiliates (PAPJA) and various regional psychology conferences.
