The College of Liberal Arts was one of the first tertiary academic unit to operate during the Lyceum of Aparri first year of operation. Today it is offering two bachelor's degree programs, philosophy and psychology. It has produced outstanding priests, psychology practioners, noted lawyers, philosophy instructors, among other professionals. The curriculum is designed to foster student-centered and community engagement.

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology students actively participate in conferences organized by the Psychological Association of the Philippines – Junior Affiliates (PAPJA) and various regional psychology conferences.
