Legion of Mary

On the Memorial of the Holy Name of Mary, the Lyceum of Aparri community gathered in a spirit of faith and devotion to honor the Blessed Mother
and witness the commissioning of new members and renewal of commitment of the Legion of Mary. The occasion, rich with prayer and grace, served as a living expression of Marian devotion and a reaffirmation of the school's mission to nurture faith-filled disciples.
This grace-filled event was made possible through the initiative of Rev. Fr. Joel M. Reyes, School President, in partnership with the Christian
Formation Office, headed by the School Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Lordan T. Lagda, with the assistance of Sem. Jhon Lloyd Estaris, Campus Ministry president.
Their collaborative effort reflected the school's steadfast commitment to fostering a vibrant spiritual life within the Lycean community.
Start of Academic Year
July 30, 2025
The Lyceum of Aparri community formally opened Academic Year 2025-2026 with a Holy Spirit Mass at San Lorenzo Ruiz Church.
The celebration was presided by the Most Reverend Ricardo L. Baccay, D.D., Archbishop of Tuguegarao, together with Fr. Jake T. Ordillos, Fr. Joel M. Reyes, Fr. Dennis Edralin, and Fr. Ferdinand T. Maguigad.
In his homily, Archbishop Baccay reminded the community that in every challenge and truimph, God's presence remains steadfast - "our Victory is His Victory too."
The celebration marked a faith-filled start to the school year as Lyceans prayed for wisdom, unity, and divince guidance, echoing the works of Psalm 104: "Lord, send out Your Spirit, and renew the face of the earth."
Salt Refinery Corner Stone Blessing

A solemn Blessing of the Cornerstone was held to mark the beginning of the construction of a Lyceum of Aparri's
new Salt Refinery in Ballesteros, Cagayan. The ceremony was presided over by Rev. Fr. Joel M.
Reyes, President of the Lyceum of Aparri, who led the rite of blessing and offered prayers for the
success, safety, and prosperity of the undertaking.
The event gathered project stakeholders,
local officials, employees, and members of the community in a spirit of gratitude and hope. The cornerstone,
a traditional symbol of stability and foundation, represents not ony the start of a physical structure but also
the establishment of a shared vision rooted in faith, diligence, and service to the community.
Strategic Planning
July 31-August 1 2025
The Lyceum of Aparri reaffirmed its commitment to institutional excellence and shared mission through its Strategic Planning Session at the Audio-Visual Room(AVR).
The two-day event, themed "Accentuate: Advancing Community Excellence Through Innovation and Collaboration" gathered priest administrators, depart heads, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and representatives of the Central Student Organization (CSO) in a unified efford to strengthen the school's vission for growth and sustainability.
The sessions were facilitated by Dr. Emmanuel James Pattaguan, Ph.D., former Vice President for Academic Affairs of the University of Saint Louis-Tuguegarao and current consultant of Lyceum of Aparri.
The event opened by a series of collaborative discussion and workshops, designed to review the institution's Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO) and to access ongoing intitiatives across departments.
Coastal Cleanup Drive
The Lycean community joined hands witht he Provincial Governmentof Cagayan and various civic organizations in large-scale Coastal Clean-Up Drive held in Aparri in observance of Internation Coastal Clean-Up Day.
The initiative, organized through the Provincial Natural Resources and Environment Office (PNREO), aimed to promote environmental responsibility and civic integrity across communities in the province.
Representatives from the Central Student Organization (CSO) of the Lyceum of Aparri participated in the clean-up alongside government officials, local agencies, and student volunteers.
Philhealth Konsulta Program
In a move to promote student health and welfare, the Lyceum of Aparri has officially launched its Free Philhealth Coverage Program for all undergraduate students under the Philhealth Konsulat Program.
This initiative aims to provide Lyceans with access to medical consultations, diagnostic services, and select medications at no cost, through accredited healthcare providers nationwide.
